It was cold weather for hot rods. Or rat rods. Or carefully restored antique sedans.

It was almost 2 p.m. before the temperature edged above the freezing mark. But despite the chill, the Salina area received no more than a trace of light snow overnight, and Saturday was clear and bright, if cold.
When the weather cooperates, the show is held outside with more than 200 modified cars, antique cars, rat rods, motorcycles, military vehicles and buses.
