Dustin Pestinger, president of Pestinger Heating and Air Conditioning and chairman of the Salina Area Technical College Board of Trustees, told graduates Saturday to embrace three words as they enter their professional lives: “go, see, and do.”

“You are going to go for things that seemed impossible,” he said. “You are going to set small goals. Every time you reach a small goal you will be closer to your larger, impossible goal.”
Instead of being satisfied with minor accomplishments, Pestinger encouraged students to challenge themselves.
“See what can be achieved with persistence and hard work,” he said. “Those two things will take you very far.”
