Angela Fuller has been a Dispatcher for the City of Salina since 1998, and is now Lead Dispatcher and Communications Training Officer.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kansas Wesleyan University, a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology and Design from Emporia State University, and an MBA from Kansas Wesleyan.

She began teaching Police Science courses at Salina Tech in 2018.
