Students from Salina Area Technical College’s Diesel Technology, Computer Aided Drafting and Machine Tool Technology programs brought home 12 medals from the statewide SkillsUSA competition this past week in Hutchinson. A team of four high school welding students from Salina Area Technical College placed first at North Central Kansas Technical College’s annual Gas Metal Arc Welding Invitational recently. Lead donations have led to a project start, Let the work commence!
The groundwork has begun on the new student center thanks to lead donations from the Dane G. Hansen Foundation and the Sunderland Foundation. The Dane G.
