Employee Funded Student Scholarship – multiple scholarships ranging from $250 to 1,000
Salina Tech employees raise thousands of dollars annually to award students! These scholarships are open to all students. The SATC Scholarship Application is due March 30.
Technical Program Scholarship - $500
This scholarship is for students who plan to attend a technical program full-time. The SATC Scholarship Application is due March 30.
Returning Student Scholarship - $500
This scholarship is automatically awarded to students that graduate from SATC and return the next consecutive year for another program of study. The SATC Scholarship Application is due before the start of class.
McDonalds Scholarship - $250
McDonalds sponsors scholarships to encourage Salina Adult Education Center graduates to attend college. See Kelly Mobray at SAEC for details. The SATC Scholarship Application is due August 24.
AWS Foundation DISTRICT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (NEW)
Varied scholarship amounts available 15+
These scholarships are available for any students interested in pursuing Welding Technology. Call the AWS foundation for more information at 1-800-44-9353 EXT. 250 or Contact SATC at 785-309-3100 to be mailed or emailed the scholarship application and instructions.
Dane G. Hansen Education Scholarship
$500 scholarship
Deadline: ACT Scores must be submitted by 12/1/2011
Applicant must live in certain Northwest Kansas county.*

Applicant who is in their senior year at a Kansas high school, have a cumulative seventh semester GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale, and have a minimum ACT composite score of 22 or SAT-I combined score of 1020.* more information will be available on this scholarship after December of 2011.
