Salina Area Technical College has been granted candidacy accreditation status by the Higher Learning Commission.

Program accreditations include:

The Dental Assistant program is accredited by The Council on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association.
The Automotive Technology, Auto Collision Repair, and Diesel Technology programs are all accredited by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF), a division of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
