Program Learning Outcomes:

 Students will:

1. Demonstrate knowledge of the technical systems of the modern automobile.
2. Develop competency in making mechanical repairs covering all aspects of a vehicle.
3. Be able to dismantle and repair engines, transmissions, and other mechanical systems.
4. Demonstrate competency in using sophisticated electronic testing equipment and information.
5. Develop the skills and ASE certification knowledge to pass the ASE certification test.
6. Demonstrate good workplace skills.
7. Perform the duties of an apprentice automobile technician.
